    Truly Abysmal. I hired Anita as a bookkeeper - at first she was great - timely and quick. There is no question Anita knows her stuff. However, after some weeks she began to complain about my accountant and suggesting that the latter was giving me bad advice. Anita offered to take over. Within a few weeks of working with her on anything more complex than bookkeeping, I had to terminate the contract. She would leave emails unanswered for weeks on end, after seven weeks of patient waiting I had no self assessment ( promised within 4 weeks and delivered by her replacement in a matter of days). And if you chased her ( and who likes chasing their 'trusted advisers'), you were accused of 'micromanaging'. Her customer service is dreadful, her manner abrupt and aggressive. She even refused to conduct a proper handover to my new accountant, sending her a remarkable email where she slagged me off as a client. I think Anita is fine for very simple transactional activity, but if you are looking for an accountant to form a meaningful, value added part of your team and who you can trust to deliver in a timely and responsive and friendly way. You need to run .Fast. In the other direction.
