    Absolute joke I ordered a few items, delivery time was poor and they got my order wrong They sent the wrong item which I returned however after two months I still haven't received my refund even after numerous emails back and forth saying the refund is with the accounts team This could all have been resolved easily when they realised they sold something which they no longer had in stock... A simple email or phone call and I would have decided to cancel that item or choose an alternative of my liking All this aside the time taken to resolve this problem and the total lack of concern with my issue has totally put me off from ever ordering from them again Just going to update this as you have kindly decided to respond I'll give you my order number and name and perhaps you could confirm to everyone here how long it's taken you to sort this out because as of 03/06/17 I've not received my refund even after email responses from you Bizzardh khan Order #33443 Ordered 16/03/17

    Worst customer service ever. I ordered an archery target from this website over 2 weeks ago and selected the 3-5 day shipping option. After a week I still hadn’t received my order so I rang and they told me it would be delivered the following week. I waited and still did not receive my target. I rang them again last Friday only to be told that they didn’t even have the target in stock. I asked for a refund and for them to send a confirmation of refund which they said they would (but of course didn’t). I have since rung multiple times and there is no answer. Appalling customer service - the least they could do is reply seeing as they still have hold of my money..
